The Yellow Wallpaper

Today in class we read 7 entries from The Yellow Wallpaper. Before we started reading the story, we learned about the history of the author and covered the skills of the unit.I have never heard of this short story, nor have I heard of the author.I really enjoy reading stories and learning about authors I have never heard of. So far this story is really interesting and deep.We also discussed what we should be able to accomplish by the end of reading this story.We also worked on a theme chart while reading the story and I found this very easy to fill out.
